Equine Economic Impact Study
Horses rank as one of Georgia's most important agricultural enterprises. In order to better understand the nature of Georgia's equine industry and the economic impact that it has on the state's economy, the Georgia Agricultural Commodity Commission for Equine has asked the UGA Center for Agribusiness and Economic Development to conduct an economic impact study of the equine industry in our state. All Georgia horse owners are strongly encouraged to participate in this survey. All individual survey responses will remain entirely anonymous.
