The Heart of Georgia Association is a non profit Equestrian Club. Open to any breed horse and any age rider, the members can compete in timed and/or judged events.
There are nine associations, including Heart of Georgia, that form the Georgia Federation of Saddle Clubs. Each association is comprised of local saddle clubs that compete within their own groups throughout the year for points. The top six point earners in each class represent their association on the State level on Labor Day weekend each year. The other Associations are: Coastal Empire, Coastal Plains, Deep Dixie, Flint River, Georgia Mountain, Northwest Georgia, South Georgia & South Ogeechee - check the Federation site for county locations.
